Home Staging

Home staging is a relatively new concept, but one that is proving very effective for my clients.  I believe in the concept so much that I contract a Professional Home Staging service on an ongoing basis, as part of my team approach I offer this as part of my service to my clients at no extra cost when listing their home for sale.

Once you have made the decision to sell your home our Home Stager will come to your home and offer tips and suggestions on how to make your home more appealing to prospective buyers. Staging does not mean your home isn't appealing; it is just a way to enhance and make it more appealing to a broader market. Show homes are staged because nobody lives in them.  They are clutter free, and usually very neutral. Our goal is to make your home feel like a show home and while it takes a little time and possibly a small investment on your part, you will see the benefits when your home reaches the market.
